We started out specialising in Design & Technology departments — environments where compliance isn’t optional, machinery runs at high risk, and the consequences of cutting corners can be serious.

Working in that world gave us something most electrical contractors simply don’t have: a deep, practical understanding of compliance frameworks, inspection methodology, and what it really means to work to a standard — not just pass a checklist. We’ve inspected and certified machinery to BS 4163:2021 + A1:2022 and Building Bulletin 81. We’ve tested LEV extraction systems and managed complex electrical installations across large, demanding sites.
That same rigour and technical depth is what we bring to every commercial EICR we carry out. Whether it’s a small office unit or a large industrial facility, we approach every inspection the same way — methodically, thoroughly, and honestly.
We’re based in Southampton, and we work across Hampshire, Dorset, and the wider South of England.
